Must A Smile Be “Perfect” To Be Remarkable?

We recently read a blog post from a teeth whitening review website where they reviewed over 5,000 popular female celebrity smiles. The blog then made their own judgement call about who the Top 10 best smiles are. Yes, it’s all subjective—but fun nonetheless.

In our collective humble opinion, a smile does not need to be perfect to be beautiful. Some of the celebrity’s smiles are closer to “textbook” perfect than others. What we think is that it has a lot to do with how comfortable someone is when they smile! We all know people with those great smiles… They may not be Hollywood perfect, but when they smile it’s engaging, attractive, and yes, remarkable.

Are you comfortable when you smile? It makes such a difference in the way you live your life. We see it time and time again. Even small, subtle changes make a huge difference in the lives of many of our patients. Please, never feel hesitant or embarrassed about visiting with Dr. Puig or any of our team members, about your smile. We love talking about these kinds of things—and we would never make you feel uncomfortable sharing your feelings or concerns.
